I specialize in domain name litigation. If you believe that the use of a domain name is infringing on your rights, I will be happy to consult with you about the remedies available to you. If you have lost a domain name dispute before one of the dispute resolution providers, I will be happy to advise you on what is involved in filing a lawsuit. I handle litigation primarily in the Eastern District of Virginia (where Network Solutions is headquartered). I am presently lead counsel in the federal lawsuit concerning Barcelona.com, the federal lawsuit concerning Champion.com and the federal lawsuit concerning Honolulu.com. I previously was lead counsel in the federal lawsuits concerning Tonsil.com and DodgeViper.com.
Representation before the domain name dispute resolution providers
I provide legal representation in cases before the four domain name dispute resolution providers. If you are contemplating filing a complaint under the Dispute Resolution Policy, I will consult with you in order to prepare the complaint. In some cases--such as when there is a factual dispute over a dispositive issue--my advice may be that you should not file a complaint. It often is the case that filing a federal lawsuit is a less expensive alternative to filing a complaint under the Dispute Resolution Policy.
If a complaint has been filed against you over a domain name, I will be happy to consult with you concerning the options available to you.

consult with you to gather the facts;
gather what documentary evidence will aid your case;
prepare any affidavits which will aid your case;
research prior decisions of the dispute resolution providers and relevant court decisions;
prepare your complaint or response;
respond to the other party's filings.
